Boy Joey

Boy Joey is an American DJ, Music Producer & Audio Mixing Engineer from Baltimore, MD. As a child, Joey spent much of his time at the family piano, as well as playing his parents' record collection on an old turntable — an early love of sound and rhythm that would shape everything that followed. At the age of 16, that passion took him on a path to creating mashups of popular songs, shortly before he began producing music for his own remixes and original work.

Over the years, Joey has developed a signature sound rooted in a deep appreciation for the craft, drawing heavy influence from some of the most iconic names in electronic and dance music — including Bimbo Jones, Dave Audé, Digital Dog, Avicii, Afrojack, Calvin Harris, Alesso, Hardwell, Zedd, Fedde Le Grande, and Purple Disco Machine, among others. That foundation of influence, combined with his own creative instincts, has helped him build a body of work that resonates across dancefloors and headphones alike.

In recent years, Joey has had the opportunity to produce official remixes for acclaimed artists like Pink, Lady Gaga, and Kygo — just to name a few — bringing his own energy and production style to some of the biggest names in music. A two-time Gold Record recipient, Joey has also become a sought-after live performer, earning a featured DJ spot at Bears Bikers and Mayhem, one of the largest and most celebrated Bear Events in the world. Whether behind the boards or behind the decks, Boy Joey continues to push his sound forward with every release and every set.
